Terms of Service

One human per account. You are responsible for keeping your email and password secret and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly (pbednarski@gmail.com) if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service’s pages or data outside the documented filters and alerts feature.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or commercial communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, infrastructure, or non-public parts of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right (including export-control and securities laws).

Paid plans (Basic and Premium) renew automatically each month at the price shown on the pricing page unless you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal linked from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

The Service surfaces information from public SEC filings and third-party price feeds. It is not investment advice. See the Disclaimer for the full statement on data accuracy, risk, and how the Service should not be relied on for trading decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails, or if your use of the Service poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will refund any unused prepaid period unless the termination is for a material breach.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us at the address above. We will retain a minimum of records for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service’s software, design, and branding are owned by the operators of Watch4Insider. The underlying SEC filings are public-domain U.S. government records. You may use the alerts and screener results for your own personal decision-making but may not resell or redistribute the Service’s data feeds, alert emails, or compiled reports.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any alert will be delivered within a specific time, that any filing will be matched, or that any data is correct or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Watch4Insider are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will bump the version number above and require you to accept the new version on your next sign-in to a protected page. Continued use of the Service after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.
